Looking to meet more women in business and learn more about design thinking I took a class called "Innovative Leadership". For the class project I attempted to use the design thinking process to seek better understand one population's experience of the space, and their needs, so in that way we could inform a plan of action. The following video was an introduction to the process for those who were not yet familiar with what was happening. Both the video and a report of the findings were submitted to student workers at the space.
